The park is located near Highway 100 and highlights unique beehive-shaped fireplaces and picnic tables made of limestone, which were built by local stonemasons.

Over time, the park degraded and was restored, giving it the name Lilac Park after the beehive-shaped fireplace from the original Lilac Park was moved to the current location to save it from road construction.
