■Allenstown Historical Society will be holding its Annual Bake Sale on July 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Old Allenstown Meeting House, 150 Deerfield Road.
■The Allenstown Town Hall will be closed on July 4 for Independence Day.
■The Allenstown Historical Society will meet on July 6 at 6 p.m. at the Suncook Business Park off Route 28 onto Lavoie Drive. Open to the public for more information call (603) 485-4437.
■St. John the Baptist will be holding its Monthly Market on July 9 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. and on July 10 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Parish Hall.
■The Suncook Senior Center Activities: Bone Builders (9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesdays), Bingo (10:15 to 12:15 p.m. on Thursdays), Cribbage Club (10 to noon on Tuesdays), Tops Group (11 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays), Arts and Crafts (10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesdays), Klunk (12:30 to 2 p.m. on Thursdays).

■Join the Historical Society members and friends for food and conversation at Thunder Bridge for their annual picnic on July 11 at 6:30 p.m. This historic site is located on Depot Road off Route 28. Bring your own sandwich, beverages and dessert will be provided. In case of inclement weather, the picnic will be held at the museum at 49 Main Street.
